Full Moon in Scorpio

Full Moon in Scorpio

Welcome to the full Moon in Scorpio, traditionally considered the herald of the first spring flowers and therefore named “Full Pink Moon”. During every full Moon, the sign of the Moon and the sign of the Sun will always be in opposite signs. Currently, we have the Moon in Scorpio and the Sun in Taurus.

In general, this full Moon in Scorpio is a good time to take care of ourselves, responsibly enjoy the pleasures of life, and share the joy of love with those closest to us.

Dive Deep and Rise

The axis Taurus-Scorpio is connected to our resources, assets, money, sexuality, and self-worth. In general, this full Moon is a good time to take care of ourselves. On one hand, we have the Moon in Scorpio asking for deep connections. It is inviting us to look at the important and deeper elements of life. While on the other hand, we have the Sun in Taurus giving us the strength to keep moving with our plans and enjoy the good parts along the way.

Regarding money, this full Moon in Scorpio is a good time to invest wisely with other people; that is why April is usually a good month for the market.

However, this full Moon comes packed with other energies as well. We have Saturn squaring the Sun and Moon, bringing some seriousness into the equation. Any investment we make needs to be carefully assessed, Saturn is asking us to do our homework. If our personal finances are not well organized, this is a good time to put them in order, to create a responsible budget, and follow it.

Let the Heart Lead

Saturn is in Aquarius with an aspect to the full Moon, calling us to be socially responsible and offering a reminder that we are not the resources we have, we are human beings with caring hearts in a society formed by relationships more than just individuals.

Uranus, the planet of individuality, rebelliousness, and ingenuity, is in conjunction with the Sun, bringing the desire to do something new, to be a rebel with a cause.

Sensuality and Reason

We also have the Venus conjunct Mercury in Taurus, Venus is the ruler of Taurus, so in this conjunction, sensuality (Venus) may rule over our reason (Mercury), or good taste may rule over practicality.

Mars is trining the Moon and Jupiter, bringing energy and joy into the equation. With Mars in the sign of Cancer, it may inspire us to look for that joy at home, with family, or close friends.

Scorpio could also express its need for deep and meaningful contact into some possessiveness and heaviness so avoid useless conflicts, tune into your intuition, open your heart to forgive, and be lighthearted in order to move on.
