Reflecting on the questions and challenges in your life are an important part of the inner journey. We know it may seem easier to turn toward others for the answers, but it's critical to learn how to find the answers within yourself.
We designed Sparc Sessions to support you in this courageous and life-changing work.
In these one-on-one self reflective sessions with a trained Joan of Sparc Facilitator, you'll gain greater access to your personal insights and find clarity as you process your thoughts.
Sparc Sessions can be used as a monthly check in with yourself or as an on-going self-care practice.

Sparc Your Self-Care
Book Your Session
Start by selecting a facilitator or choosing the best time for you. Each facilitator has been trained in mirroring, active listening, and techniques for inner work so you feel seen, heard, and connected.
Prepare Your Space
Before your session begins, find a private and calm setting, and set your intention. Get a glass of water and a journal to jot down new insights during and after your session.
Each session will provide you with new understanding. If you are seeking clarity in a specific area, we encourage you to choose one of our package options to receive the most benefit.

Your Answers Are Within You
Our facilitators will not give advice or tell you what to do, but will guide you to reflect and find the answers within yourself. Each facilitator is trained in active listening and mirroring techniques based on principles of Humanistic Psychology. They provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to delve inwards and find resolution to what is currently blocking you. Sparc Sessions are powerful, eye-opening, and healing.
